Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

•⁠  ⁠You receive the wrong item.
•⁠  ⁠Your item arrives damaged.
•⁠  ⁠You receive a defective product.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

Where approved, we will provide a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Slash Beauty.
